Cold Caller / Lead Generation Executive Full Time

Xevenloop is a fast-growing design and development agency providing custom web and software solutions to clients worldwide. We are looking for a confident, target-driven and experienced Cold Caller / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team and help expand our client base through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
• Introduce and explain our web design, development and software services
• Generate leads and identify potential client requirements
• Book appointments and schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects
• Handle objections professionally and work toward closing deals
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and lead data
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales/appointment targets
• Participate in weekly performance analysis and reporting

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

✔Has prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales

✔Has excellent spoken English and strong communication skills

✔Has experience speaking with international clients/business owners

✔Can confidently introduce services and close deals

✔Is target-oriented and motivated to hit weekly/monthly KPIs

✔Can maintain proper records and follow-up systems

✔Is self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation & Performance Structure

✅ The first month will be considered a performance evaluation period, during which your communication skills, consistency, appointment setting, follow-ups and overall performance will be assessed.

✅ From the second month onward, salary and commission structure will be decided based on your performance, targets achieved and closing ratio.
