BIT Informationssysteme GmbH is hiring a creative **Junior Marketing & Social Media
Specialist (m/f/d)** in Berlin. The successful candidate will support digital communication
for two technology-focused brands: **Drohne112** and **CopterClean**.

Drohne112 provides professional drone solutions for fire services, emergency medical
services, police, and security companies. CopterClean develops and distributes drone
cleaning systems for facades, roofs, and industrial applications.

## About the Company

The company works with public safety organizations, security providers, and industrial
customers while developing modern cleaning solutions for buildings and technical
environments.

The marketing team is looking for someone who can present advanced drone technology
in a clear, visual, and engaging way across digital channels.

## Key Responsibilities

 * Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other
   channels.
 * Produce and edit photos, videos, Reels, and other creative formats.
 * Support the planning and implementation of online marketing campaigns.
 * Create and optimize content for company websites and landing pages.
 * Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance.
 * Develop new content ideas, formats, and marketing activities.
 * Support drone projects, product demonstrations, trade fairs, and occasional outdoor
   content shoots.

## Candidate Profile

 * Completed degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, media, 
   psychology, or a comparable field.
 * Initial practical experience in social media marketing or content creation.
 * Strong sense for engaging content, social media trends, and visual design.
 * Ideally, experience with image and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut,
   or Adobe products.
 * Interest in digital technologies and innovative products.
 * Very good German and good English language skills.
 * Creativity, initiative, and an independent working style.
